K-Fit - Mondays 12:15pm-1pm

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This interval based workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period. This circuit style class is sure to provide a tough workout. You'll be challenged to push your own individual limits and walk out feeling strong!

K-Restore - Tuesdays 11:15am-12pm

Restore, renew, recovery. This class goes beyond the hustle and the muscle and is wonderful for those seeking the benefits of a relaxing and gentle practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion, joint mobility, and reduces pain. Students with injuries or limitations will benefit from this practice.

Core Fusion- Tuesdays 1pm-1:30pm

this combination of core exercise will without a doubt help to create a strong and balanced body. You will be taken through a series of exercises that will work to strengthen, lengthen and stabilize your core muscle group, the abdomen, the lower back, and the glutes. Body weight exercise will leave you feeling stronger, and more in control of your core!

Pure Strength- Wednesdays 11:15am-12pm

thisis a full body workout that focuses on the fundamentals of functional, power and endurance strength training. this class will focus on fundamental exercises using free weights, resistance bands, barbells, and more to engage every muscle, while also focusing on proper form and technique.

Cycle + Strength- Wednesdays 5:15pm-6pm

Grab some weights and a bike! This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout. The road work combined with strength training off the bike makes this class the perfect total body workout!

K-Shred - Thursdays 6:30am-7:15am

Circuit style training class using various work-to-rest time ratios to progressively increase intensity and work your cardiovascular system to the max! We’ll teach you how to safely incorporate high intensity intervals into your training regimen with a combination of intervals on various cardio equipment paired with bodyweight and strength exercises for a full body metabolic conditioning workout

Vinyasa Yoga- Thursdays 8am-8:45am

In this yoga class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance and connect to our body. Learn to ride the waves of breath as you move through your yoga practice and life with ease and grace. All you need is your body and your mat!
